To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宜家傢俬真係食極都唔厭, 每次行完宜家傢俬都會去佢嘅餐廳度食嘢。今次同男朋友去食~ 兩個人食，一人一個主菜加埋都唔使一百蚊。 佢啲質素都唔差嘅, 呢個價錢非常合理，仲可以話喺抵食~我地叫咗個三文魚柳配蔬菜薯餅同埋蝦串蘑菇闊條麵。 三文魚柳份量雖然少咗啲, 但勝在夠厚身，亦冇話煮得過熟。 因為三文魚柳好容易因為過熟而令到肉質變得好硬身好難食。蝦串闊條麵就麻麻哋。。 雖然都知道係雪藏嘅蝦，但個蝦串嘅雪味好重，味道帶酸，唔好食。 闊條面亦冇乜味道，冇汁。
