To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初二,因為新年食中餐都食到有d厭,所以同屋企人嚟老趙食越南野開年。book 左八點,個個都仲睇緊煙花,所以唔使等位😁 自己帶左枝紅酒,要收$50開瓶費。一坐低,叫左個青木瓜絲沙律,味道甜,略嫌辣味不足。小食拼盤,每樣食物的味道不錯,由其一讚當中的蟹皇金磚。法式蒜片牛柳粒十分好味,牛柳粒鬆軟入味。咖哩雞煲,全煲都是雞肉,差不多沒有薯仔,食肉獸至愛!整體而言,四人計不計酒水,性價比尚算高,值得推介!
