To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工同朋友嚟咗銅鑼灣食飯，OpenRice見到呢間餐廳食評幾唔錯，所以就嚟試吓！佢餐牌真係超多嘢食，選擇困難症嘅我要啲時間先揀到！另外仲發現佢係有張飲品Menu，立即叫店員提供番！😆飲品我哋揀咗焙茶Latte!唔會太甜，又唔苦，覺得啱啱好，叫咗杯同朋友share😆！基本上佢啲嘢食樣樣都好好食！三文魚海膽魚生飯的三文魚非常厚切，海膽又新鮮，真係好好食，價錢都只係$118!至於個鰻魚卷，同樣都係非常好食，入面個餡同鰻魚好夾😍😍我哋仲嗌咗個牛肉鍋，入面其實有啲粉絲，豆腐，菜，金菇等等😍，勁鍾意上面嗰粒流心蛋，真係大滿足呀呢個鍋都係$100左右，加埋啱啱個魚生飯已經好飽！最後叫咗啲串燒嚟作結😋燒元貝燒得啱啱好，唔會太un😍而且上面有啲醬汁同元貝非常夾！！總括而言呢間餐廳價錢親民，味道又好食，值得一試！
