I have heard of the way American eating crabs from a friend of mine who just came back from the states. So when this restaurant was open, i was more than just excited. Just like any new trendy place in HK, it was a struggle just to get a seat when i got there. I purposely avoiding the 'rush hour' of dinner time so that i don't have to wait for too long, but apparently it didn't matter. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get seated before I could place an order. As the place was full house, service became disappointing. Taste, however, does matter. I really enjoy the garlic and chili seasoning of the Alaskan crab i ordered.

We were going to use our hand to eat it, me and my SO was amazed because of the sauce taste, it was delicious, the crab meat was thick and sweet. The shrimp also taste great, fresh, and sweet.

The price is on the high side, so it's not a place to visit daily. But that's a good thing for our cholesterol level.

Overal the food worth every expensive penny, so good that you would lick the last drop of the sauce.
