Love all these newly opened restaurants in harbour city OTB . They are all built in massive piece of glass window just by the harbour. Stunning sea view of the light show as a side dish is no longer for luxury only . Artisan de la truffle has its new branch opened from France . Very chill for a quality dinner at reasonable price.
