難得星期六,一點半放到工,可相約同事去海港城午餐。選擇了海港城海運大廈3樓的松藝館。剛步入餐廳,就見到落地大玻璃外,風和日麗又平靜的維多利亞港。舒服的梳化座椅,預備好放鬆的心情開始星期六。選了基本的午市套餐,有一個前菜和一個主菜,再加一杯飲品。我選了牛肝菌濃湯作前菜,香氣四溢的菌湯配着松露,確實開胃。而主菜,我就選了龍蝦汁大蝦帶子意大利飯,當然一定有黑松露作伴碟。即席預備黑松露片作伴碟,滿足了視覺的享受。最後,選了是日甜品是熱情果慕絲,酸酸甜甜,確實是一個圓滿的午餐。 continue reading
