自從上次在 The Oyster House 吃了香蕉拖肥批後,我一直念念不忘。今晚專程轉場去享受甜品,這次老闆推薦了另一款同樣出色的甜品——Crêpe Suzette。剛出爐的班戟保持著柔軟的口感,搭配上加了橙酒的醬汁,橙味濃郁。再加上雲呢拿雪糕,完美中和了柑橘的酸味,整體味道變得酸甜可口,吃起來輕盈不膩。這次的推薦果然沒有讓我失望,這道甜品絕對值得一試!
