Hon Takasagoya had limited time items. These were called Feuille.Freshly assembled and imported from Japan, these were two pieces of puff pastry with azuki bean and other types of filling.Priced from $25-30, I was curious and bought some to work to treat coworkers.These were really good. These were really good. The size was palm size. The pastry was so light and flaky. They were glazed with some sugar on top. I tried the strawberry and matcha. The azuki bean filling was really good. Smooth and not to sweet. The pastry cream was rich and creamy. The matcha had this nice bitter taste of tea. The strawberry was a bit disappointing. The strawberries weren't very sweet at all. Coworker claimed the rum raisin was really good as well.
It's for a limited time but I'm sure they will bring it back.
