A few years ago, I tried these crystal balls filled with mango at tin yin dessert in cheung chau which has probably packed up now.Recently, they appeared again in a dessert shop in MK with other fruits options. As well as these cute crystal balls, they have these photo worthy smoothies. The only complaint is that the menu isn't very descriptive so you have to guess or ask what fruit is in each drink.Eg if it was purple, it could be blueberry or purple sweet potato, same with the green, it could be

The only complaint is that the menu isn't very descriptive so you have to guess or ask what fruit is in each drink.
Eg if it was purple, it could be blueberry or purple sweet potato, same with the green, it could be avocado or green tea which is annoying as you have to ask. Anyway, the crystal balls were impressive as they had durian, dragonfruit etc.
Tried the crystals balls with fruit and grass jelly.
As expected it was pretty and delicious.
Also got extra durian crystals balls but they were a bit too sweet. The smoothies fared better especially the avocado and kiwi.
It was not too sweet. The blueberry one was quite sweet but you could taste delicious yoghurt mixed into it and I loved the pretty latte art on top.
Will definitely be back.
I hope this trend will get to other countries as the fruit in Hong Kong is just boring, all you get is watermelons, kiwis and dragonfruit whereas we get berries etc.
