I ordered chashu tonkotsu ramen and grape yogurt soda. You can choose the firmness of noodle and amount of spring onion and garlic based on your own perferences. I chose hard noodle with normal sping onion and no garlic🧄

Ramen came with a slice of seaweed and some black fungus as toppings. Chashu was sliced thin and placed surrounding the bowl. It wasn't the melt in your mouth type, savoury but a bit dry. The boiled pork bone broth was rich, milky and thick. Quite match with the thin, straight noodles👌🏻 But it had a distinct pork smell that turn me off when I had more😕 Overall not bad, just not the type of ramen that I like
