(1) broth : The broth with raddish bits tasted like nothing really. Because the sauce just overpowered it.(2) sauce : There are three kinds of sauces to choose from and I tried satay, which strangely tasted like curry. (2) sauce : There are three kinds of sauces to choose from and I tried satay, which strangely tasted like curry. Either their satay sauce has curry powder mixed into it, or the chef just gave me the wrong sauce.
(3) noodles : Nothing special. Quite few actually. $8 each.
(4) spicy level : one level, two levels or three levels.
(5) toppings : When I got there, they were already out of braised pork and BBQ pork so I opted for pork chop. Besides their $18 signature toppings, I also added $8 raddish and $12 beef balls. The pork chop was good, soft and tender however it was very fatty. There were just 5-6 chunks of raddish, which tasted normal and 3 beef balls, which tasted like they're not fully cooked but still edible.
(6) extras and (7) drinks were never ordered.
There are 6 floor staff, 1 cashier, and 2-3 kitchen staff serving about 20 seats in this small space.
Overall, it's like I ate a bowl of curry sauce with few pork meat. Unfortunately, I will not come back here because it's most definitely not worth it. I saw alot of early 20 teens coming here to hang out and some couples too (wasting food as usual).
