To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Chau Kee is one of the top places in HK to get some Hong Kong style French toast! Pictures of their custard Frenchtoast can be found all over the Internet. Though not pictured here, once you slice into the toast, the liquidy molten custard will come out and dipped in the French toast makes this the perfect dish to satisfy a sweet tooth!I also ordered the prawn toast. Personally, I don't feel the need to add the mayo sauce as it takes away from the intrinsic flavour of the prawn.The baked eggplan

The baked eggplant was also delicious, extremely flavourful with the sauce slathered on top.

Lastly, we got the dough rolls with rice sheet on top. Didn't leave much of an impression on me, so not much to comment on.
