As the mall was doing this Christmas display, the bakery inside the mall did a special bread item featuring this character.

They had a loaf of bread with the character stamped on it.

They also had flat buns stuffed with filling such as azuki bean, seseame and custard. They sold regular Hong Kong syle bread. Everything was labelled in Chinese only. There was no English.

I decided to get in the spirit of the season and got myself a bun with azuki bean filling as that was the only type of filling left.  It had the character stamped on it! So adorable.

Biting into it, the filling was only filled half way. But the part that was filled was really good and plentiful. Not too sweet but a decent taste of red bean. The bread itself was actually quite good. Slightly sweet and fragrant with  good tearable texture.

The bread was quite good and the character was stamped on quite well. For $15, it was a decent price.
