Great value for money brunch place in an old industrial building! The interior is nice and cozy. I recommend the all day breakfast since their egg benny is delicious with a lovely hollandaise sauce! The egg benny was perfectly runny with a rich hollandaise sauce seasoned perfectly. The only downside was that they used plain white bread under the egg benny which became very soggy with the egg on top. If they had used a nice sourdough it would have been perfect. Also recommend the chicken spinach
