Evelyn's garden is located at the basement floor of the V Point building in CWB. The restaurant deco is mainly in white with white marble table. For appetizer we opted for cat ears (a nice way to called black fungus) and shredded chicken with cold noodles. Both dishes are quite good. The Gongbao Shrimp Ball is sweet and sour and delicious! But my favorite is the basa fish fillet with pickled vegetable. The fish is soft and tender and the veggies are just the right amount of sour and salty. Too o

The fish is soft and tender and the veggies are just the right amount of sour and salty. Too often I encounter unauthentic version where the veggie is just off. Glad to find a place that serves normal picked veggie fish again.
Baby cabbage in spicy broth was also top notch, despite my low spice tolerance. The dessert Osmanthus jelly tops my recent dessert favorite. The light sweet flavor clears the tongue and soul instantly.
