@teru_teru_bozu_hk offers a wide range of Japanese dishes. We had the wine soaked oyster for appetiser. The taste is good and rich. The second dish wine soaked beef tongue is our favorite. The warm dish is moist and the sauce is sweet and nice. The thick cut beef tongue makes my mouth water so much I can have another plate. The crab with fish roe rice comes in a bamboo cage like the one they use for dim sum. An interesting take on the steamed rice. Sea urchin steamed rice is a rather interesting
