To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工想搵間有野飲有野食嘅餐廳,經過見到glasshouse 仲有happy hour,所以就入左去試一試入到去都算差唔多爆場,安排左我地坐比較入,靠牆嘅雙人枱,不過張枱比較細,野食嚟細個陣唔係好夠地方放首先講下2杯cocktail,真係 唔 好 飲藥水味甚重,同時酒精味好重,bartender 手勢一般,如果有人鍾意飲藥水味酒精就叫啦然後就到個單骨雞翼,有2隻味道,不過已經無印象咩味了,不過都記得啲雞翼炸得ok,都唔會乾然後到個飯,係比啲材料我地自己整,咁我地就整做手卷咁食魚生同軟殼蟹都幾好食,夠新鮮,個壽司飯味道又係好,女朋友夜晚通常唔食飯都食左2個手卷特別要留意,個wasabi 係辣到跳舞,要小心份量最尾就係個8珍牛肋骨,本身係豬肋骨同呢個之間揀,見佢menu寫到佢係特別口味咁,所以就揀嚟試但可以同大家講,完全係無特別,我覺得個豬肋骨應該會仲好食啲,佢呢個汁大家當佢係普通燒汁就可以,唔好有特別嘅期待可以比較讚嘅點,係佢呢個忟得好淋,唔會有咬唔開嘅問題價錢方面亦都係唔太平,咁嘅水準之下,應該短期內唔會再比機會呢間餐廳

藥水味甚重,同時酒精味好重,bartender 手勢一般,如果有人鍾意飲藥水味酒精就叫啦
