I chose the Blackmore Australian wagyu beef ribeye M7-8 (250 grams) (at $988), with natural beef jus as the sauce, cooked medium rare, which was served with bone marrow and confit garlic. Both the texture and the flavour were great. Even the confit garlic was very yummy.

For side dish, I chose the Australian eggplant in ripped cheddar parmigiana style, which looked like a vegetable lasagna. It was so rich and I could only finish half.

I picked the pandan crème brulee from the all-day dining menu, which came with vanilla ice cream, kaya and “Nata de Coco”. That was so good that I finished it all, despite I was so full after completing the steak.

The service was great. The waiter / waitress came by the table always at the right timing and was very polite and friendly.
