自9月時嚐過上個「日本糕點大師和泉光一下午茶」非常驚喜而成為心目中榜首後,一直期待10月出新主題menu再訪,不過今次帶住期望下出現明顯落差🥹如上一次一樣在訂位時通知餐廳有食物敏感需要,今次有別上一次將相關甜點換成同類型甜品,結果餐廳將原本的「栗子與西柚mousse cake」換成「紅桑子椰子曲奇餅🍪」,由層次味道豐富的mousse cake類轉為又乾又過甜的曲奇🍪,加上同行朋友話覺得栗子與西柚是最好味的一件甜點,所以實在有點失望🥲事後高級的餐廳職員問及食物意見,我有表達感覺,職員也主動offer再送額外一件menu上的鹹或甜點食物,不過savoury雖然非常高質好食,但始終原本的4件已經是finger sandwich非常飽肚,而另外3款甜點也沒有出色到想再食多一件,不過職員一再問,所以朋友也要了一件甜點takeaway 回家~不過整體來說鹹點真是非常出色!特別是焗巴拿火腿布里芝士那件,火腿同芝士都用料高質唔hea,口感味道都十分好😋;另外法色鴨肉醬鴨肝味道非常平衡,鹹香豐富而不羶😋;Scone的玫瑰果醬亦非常特別,感覺天然,味道不會假😋

今期四季酒店與 Sauvereign 高跟鞋 crossover 推出afternoon tea set, 帶來一系列色彩斑斕的食品,連 scones 也戴上紅紅紫紫的帽子。老實說食物太鮮艷,反而有點駭人,令人想起是否用了很多色素。不過味道上卻是不錯,每項甜品都有自己的味道,不是死實的甜味,又不是太甜,當中朱古力撻味道最好!以新鮮度來說,就有待改善,其中一項的手指三文治的麵包已變硬了,可能已放了很長的時間。四季下午茶的優勝處是服務一流,服務員都很細心,及時加水或收拾枱面而又不打擾客人!若想買 Sauvereign 鞋來吃個四季下午茶就十分划算,因為可以嘆個tea之餘,又有優惠去買鞋!

I chose the Blackmore Australian wagyu beef ribeye M7-8 (250 grams) (at $988), with natural beef jus as the sauce, cooked medium rare, which was served with bone marrow and confit garlic. Both the texture and the flavour were great. Even the confit garlic was very yummy.

I picked the pandan crème brulee from the all-day dining menu, which came with vanilla ice cream, kaya and “Nata de Coco”. That was so good that I finished it all, despite I was so full after completing the steak.

The service was great. The waiter / waitress came by the table always at the right timing and was very polite and friendly.

相比鹹點 佢嘅甜點更加出色 款款都好有驚喜🥰 佢嘅甜點唔玩花巧野 用最簡單嘅材料 呈現最好食嘅一面😋 焦糖果仁撻超香脆 朱古力千層酥好濃郁 但唔會過甜、好漏👍🏻 咖啡香橙吉士蛋糕食落好refreshing 用左咖啡做mousse 中間加左香橙啫喱、橙皮 香橙嘅酸甜中和咖啡嘅苦澀😍
