Tried the Premium and Standard A4 wagyu sets and the difference between the two was the cuts included. Tried the Premium and Standard A4 wagyu sets and the difference between the two was the cuts included. The Standard set consisted of chuck roll, shoulder cut and short plate, whereas the Premium set had ribeye and top sirloin. The sets also came with vegetables, rice or inaniwa udon and dessert. All the beef was from Kagoshima. The beef quality was decent although not top-notch, and that is even taking into account that it was A4 not A5 (I have seen some pics of their A5 wagyu which seemed way too fatty like it was so so pale so idk if I would have preferred their A5). The real issue was the soup, which really felt like a pot of water without any salt. I'm no expert in Japanese shabushabu so maybe that's how it's meant to be but I would have liked a bit of flavour to the soup base. I did however like the warabi as dessert a lot, it was soft yet chewy and had just the right level of sweetness. Overall I think they are a decent restaurant with reasonable prices but there's also nothing in particular that would make me want to go back.
