To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Reasonable prices for all dishes. All waiters and waitress were nice and attentive. Although there were not many choices for the main courses but it included a range of varieties: pastas, risotto, seafood, pork & beef. Table for 5 adults & 2 young toddlers, we had raviollia and risotto for the mains, they were good. We were no choice but ordered beef burger in medium well as the kids might want to have it, of course I’d recommend it in medium cooked. Wings were a must for kids, it was sweet and crispy. There were only three choices of pizza, we ordered two out of the three options. I had no choice to order one of them in goat cheese for kids as the other two seems a bit spicy. Chorizo pizza were not spicy as expected, I did not try on the pizza in goat cheese but seems the kids were ok with it. For my personal choice of smoothies, I thought I had a good pick for myself with the unicorn blood as there was a wide range of fruity ingredients and it was a little of the sour flavoured than sugary flavoured.
