遲吓朋友要喺觀塘返工,所以特登同佢喺觀塘搵吓有咩好嘢食,發現原來The Wave入面幾多餐廳,今次揀左五樓既Deer Kitchen。餐廳以鹿為主題,鹿既擺設隨處可見,甚至掛畫都係鹿。餐廳閒日都滿晒人,裝修簡約,坐得幾舒服。首先有餐包,麵包非常鬆軟,帶有少少香草味。旁邊係黑醋,組合幾特別。黑松露意大利雲吞係我今餐最深刻既一道菜式。雲吞皮厚餡算多,上面鋪滿炸薯條絲,配上淡淡黑松露的忌廉汁,滋味無比。主菜首先有秘製大蝦天使麵。職員事先提醒我哋有少少辣,非常貼心。大蝦爽口彈牙,天使麵索曬番茄汁,味道特別清新。另一道主菜係慢煮紐西蘭牛柳伴香煎砵酒鵝肝。牛柳勁慢煮後肉汁更豐富,肉質更嫩。鵝肝外脆內軟,加左砵酒令鵝肝冇咁油膩。另外配料用咗紫薯,非常特別。最後飲埋呢杯芒果香橙沙冰就非常完美。下次再發掘觀塘區嘅美食!
