A Plus Kitchen is one of them. Located in Causeway Bay, in an area that not many would think to go for food, is this cha chan teng. There are often people in there but it's never really full. Reviews are average but it fit the bill for a place to eat in a crowded area as there was room always available.

Menu is in English and Chinese with no 10% service charge. It's also fairly clean.

Upon ordering, we were given a bowl of the daily soup. This confused us a bit as we didn't know why we received soup but oh well ... why argue? The soup was odd. It taste like chicken stock.

I ordered a garlic  poached chicken ($48). This came with a fairly big bowl of rice. The chicken was moist. The minced garlic sauce layered on top of the chicken was  pretty fragrant without being overly salty.

Boyfriend ordered stir fried rice noodles with Swiss sauce marinaded beef ($48). This was  pretty good. The noodles were not too oily. Though the flavor of Swiss sauce was pretty nonexistent. I think that is a couple of dollars you can skip from the regular stir fried noodles with beef. Though there was no difference in using this marinade, the beef was moist without the taste of baking soda or whatever they use to soften meat.

Food was decent. It wasn't as bad as some of the reviews said. Place was very clean. And since it's always half empty, it was really quiet. Would I be back? I live close enough. Maybe.
