Came here for dinner w/colleagues after work! Surprisingly relaxing atmosphere, as its such a famous restaurant by Philippe Starck! Their menu's small but intense...! Started off with their hot n' cold Foie Gras variation! Very beautiful presentation with cold goose liver pate implanted inside poached pear! Most impressed with the Pancetta-wrapped Lamb...very delicious!! They have a large selections of wine and delicious cocktails to choose from!Tried their 2 limited edition cocktails, "East of
They have a large selections of wine and delicious cocktails to choose from!Tried their 2 limited edition cocktails, "East of Suez" (non-alcoholic) and "Pen 80" (as Peninsula is celebrating their 80th birthday)..very yummy and fruity! Perfect for ladies!
Finishing off with an array of dessert (to share): Citrus Cheesecake, Apple-ginger tart, and the most decadent dessert of all, "Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!"! Perfect for Chocoholic fans!!
Am really impressed with not only the dishes but its presentation! Every dish seems to be a Contemporary piece of art work! Bravo to the Chefs!! Cant wait to come back, as their menus change often!
