However, tho the oysters were fresh and had no strong metal flavor, they were not creamy as they seemed. The entire taste was solely rely on the sauce from the braised pork. This street food performed much better than the rice with its cripsy pancake and sweetened soyu sauce on top, but tbh, the combination of cheese and pork floss can never go wrong.

The taro milk had the most condensed flavor I've tried recently, especially they didn't add ice to the drink so it would not be diluted no matter how long you leave it. The taro paste was incredibly silky and not tasted artificial. As you can see, the taro paste occupied half of the drink as well, definitely a good deal🤩.
