I noticed there was a new bakery in Central. There was a line of people going in so I decided to take a look. Like most bakeries they had various types of bread but they were more of the Asian variety. They also served DIY poke bowls and fresh blended juices and smoothies as well. But what attracted me was the mini Basque cheesecakes.One for $34 or 3 for $93. I decided to give one a try because I wasn't sure. The cake I noticed had grains of sugar on the edges of the paper. I assume they did that to make the top extra burnt looking. The cheesecake itself was quite good. Very rich and creamy. For $34, it's a fair price. Probably buy this again.
