There are three branches of Wai Kee Noodles in Shamshuipo, and it seems that one of the them is particular good depending on the guy who cooks it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Instant noodle with liverreviously the liver at this branch was overcooked but this time it tasted as good as my first visit at the branch next door.The liver was velvety and soft, there were lots of slices of liver in my bowl and I liked how thinly they were sliced.However the instant noodles were slightly mushy and clumped toge

Previously the liver at this branch was overcooked but this time it tasted as good as my first visit at the branch next door.The liver was velvety and soft, there were lots of slices of liver in my bowl and I liked how thinly they were sliced.
However the instant noodles were slightly mushy and clumped together but the broth was great because it was boiled from pure liver and ginger and it was clear too.
