Escargot snails, garlic butter , parsley , pasti almond flour:
These were plump snails in delicious garlic butter, after adding salt they tasted much better.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆

Spring chicken herbs de provence with Espelette powder , garlic jus:

Lemon sole almondine olivers, caper, marcona almonds:
The fish was the star in my opinion because and I love fish.Lemon sole is a common fish in the UK but rare in Hong Kong.

For desserts we had souffle and the creme brulee but personally I found them too sweet and buttery.
