This was one of the best and most unique restaurants I've been to this month, and I was very impressed with all the dishes that we ordered. They essentially serve Indian dishes with French influences, and the two cuisines complemented each other in every dish. The razor clam kachumber was very fresh and a perfect start to the meal. my favorite dish overall was definitely the steak tartare, which was served on top of potato pavé.The potato was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and bot
The potato was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and both the textures and flavors went perfectly with the steak tartare. It was so good I could've eaten the whole dish by myself! next the butter chicken came with a very flavorful sauce as well as some onions and tomatoes, which gave the dish a nice balance. The lamb was cooked so well and the quality of the meat was really good. One of the best lamb chops l've had in Hong Kong! lastly, for dessert, we got the fixed sticky toffee pudding, which was a perfect portion and came with some yogurt on the top, which balanced out the sweetness. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant was very homey and comfortable. This dinner surpassed my expectations, and I will definitely come back soon!
