I found out about Gelat etc. on Apple Daily. The shop was difficult to find as it is located in a more secluded area. The decoration was stylish and the shop had many flavours to choose from. A single scoop was $38 and a double scoop $54. I tried pistachio, chocolate hazelnut and Japanese hojicha flavours- the texture of the gelato was rich and smooth, just like authentic Italian gelato should be.
