Finally found a good African dive in Hong Kong! Don’t go by the menu because it’s more of a “some days we have this, some days we have that” menu. But what they had the day I went was yummy! Delicious rice, beans (black eyed peas aka red red), friend fish and plantains. I had to control myself from eating it too fast it was so yummy. The highlight was the perfectly cooked beans - I’m not generally a fan of beans but these were cooked in a way that one can have a serious craving for them. Plantains were moist and perfectly sweet. Fried fish merged beautifully with each bite of rice, beans and plantains. I want to go back and try the other dishes - so good!

Hard to find at first, but when you walk in the front entrance of Chungking Mansions, the eatery is located on the ground floor, head strait to the back on left side of building.

Great filling and satisfying Ghana cuisine!😋
