Finally tried out HEA Ice cream, a cute ice cream store located near Sham Shui Po, which creates super unique ice cream flavours such as Lemon Tea, Preserved Plum, Tofu and Black Sesame. Not to mention, all of their ice creams are vegan!🍦💕 📸Pictured: (Left) 日迆夜迆 - 芝麻豆腐味 (Right) 好檸迆 - 檸檬茶味— I was super impressed by how rich the lemon tea flavour was! — I was super impressed by how rich the lemon tea flavour was! The ice cream was not overly sweet and had the perfect amount of richness to it without it being too bitter and strong.
— The black sesame and tofu was another surprise! The texture was creamy and smooth, whilst both the flavours were equally rich and did not overpower one another. Loved the addition of crispy rice on top for added crunch!
