To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It was quite busy during the weekends at the Mills though luckily I had a table in 10 minutes.In view I could not stay long, I ordered their Yogurt Lover and Velvet Latte.The Yogurt Lover looked like a beach, or as my friend quoted, a holiday in a bowl. The toppings being the lovely beach and the vibrant Spirulina Yogurt being the sea. The banana flavor was just right and the tartness of the yogurt remained.  The velvet latte was just as colorful with the beetroot giving its pink color and sweetness. However, I would rather they not serve the biscotti as it actually lost its crunch. Sometimes, less is more.
