There are a lot of great Japanese ramen 🇯🇵 places in Hong Kong but one of the best ✨ out there is definitely Issyokemen! This time, I went to the one in Tsuen Wan and tried:🥩Extra thick tonkotsu tsukemen (Cold Noodle)🥩特濃豚骨沾麵 (冷麵)The cold noodle soaked in the broth 🍜 makes a great match. The thick cold noodles carry all the flavor of the broth when submerged in it and bring a hefty taste to my mouth. 👅 The pork 🥩 is also perfectly grilled 🔥 and match perfectly with the taste of the noodle. 🥹🐔Chic

The broth for this ramen fills your mouth with the tender and sweet chicken flavor. 😋 I love the pork but the chicken 🍗 also tastes great with this soup and the eggs are the icing on top! It literally melts in my mouth! 🤤
There are also some other flavors of ramen that I want to come back and try! 🍽️ Same for those tasty snacks like dumplings 🥟 that look delicious!
