To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一行三兩好朋友，坐低嚟Delifrance度，食返場唔花巧但又暖笠笠嘅晚餐嘅。我地一齊share咗好幾款經典好食嘢，開胃湯我地試咗個芝士蕃茄忌廉湯，真係有種濃郁至極嘅蕃茄味道，忌廉仲足足喺湯頭上浮住，百搭啲嘅法包，搶墟！🍅咬一啖脆脆嘅白汁火腿粟米三文治，火腿粒粒分明，加埋粟米嘅甜，我飲口茶，完美！真係好有層次，仲溫暖我隻心小小咁，唔講則啲，佢收拾番個下午嘅疲累感。嚟到重頭戲，頭版頭！我哋叫咗煙三文魚卡邦尼，啲意粉啱啱好，彈牙得黎唔爛，好似煙三文魚味道入面嘅鹹味同埋白汁嘅融合，食落意猶未盡。肉醬千層麵呢，厚厚肉醬層次分明，滿滿嘅番茄同肉汁，食落感覺好豐富！旁邊嗰薯蓉又香又滑，融合埋啲芝士粉，係呢個寒冷冬日裡嘅一大慰藉。今次食完，真係要讚下，雖然唔係啲好高級嘅餐廳，不過幾個夥伴坐一坐，食個簡單溫馨嘅晚餐，都算係完美嘅小確幸啦！💖🍲🍴
