We recently had the most delightful brunch experience at Fiesta ICHU ! 🌟 The ambiance was captivating, and the food and beverages were simply outstanding. We opted for the Wines & Spirits Package, and it was an absolute treat for our taste buds! 🍷🥃To start, we indulged in the Salmon Tiradito, featuring Norwegian Salmon with a delightful Aji Amarillo emulsion and a touch of Togarashi. Next, we savored the Mixto Ceviche, a vibrant combination of Tuna, Octopus, and Scallops, accompanied by a tantalizing Rocoto Emulsion. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the zesty flavors danced on our palates. 🦑🍅
One of the highlights was the Truffle Scallops, which showcased perfectly cooked Scallops adorned with Ikura and Shiso, all drizzled with a luscious Truffle Yuzu Sauce. It was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left us craving for more. 🌟🍽️
As we explored the menu further, we couldn’t resist trying the XOXO Chicken, a Peruvian Karaage Chicken Thigh dish served with Padron Peppers and a delightful Rocoto Mayo. The chicken was tender, and the flavors were simply irresistible! 🍗🌶️
We also relished the TACOS DE CARNE, featuring succulent Peruvian Beef Stew paired with creamy Avocado Mousse and a hint of Chipotle. 🌮🥑
To complement our meal, we enjoyed a selection of wines and classic cocktails from the package. The drinks were expertly crafted, enhancing the flavors of the dishes and adding a touch of elegance to our experience. 🍷🍹 We love the mains and live music there as well!
