We had an absolutely delightful weekend brunch experience at Juno! 😍 From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that set the perfect tone for our family outing. The menu was an exquisite culinary journey, filled with flavors that left us craving for more! 🌟

For starters, the butternut pumpkin soup was a comforting delight, warming our souls with its creamy texture and rich autumnal spices. Jane loved it so much too. The caviar d’aubergine was a unique twist on a classic, with its smoky eggplant flavor beautifully complemented by delicate bursts of mind, basil and honey dressing. And oh, the burrata pugliese! 🧀 Words cannot do justice to the velvety smoothness of the burrata, paired harmoniously with ripe tomatoes and drizzled with the finest olive oil.

The lobster & prawns open omelette stole the show as our favorite starter. 🦞🍳 The freshness of the seafood, expertly combined with fluffy eggs and a medley of herbs and spices, created a symphony of flavors that danced on our taste buds.

Moving on to the mains, the grilled half Boston lobster was a true indulgence. 🌊🦞 The succulent lobster meat was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy, with a hint of smokiness from the grill. And the half roasted spring chicken? Pure comfort on a plate! The crispy skin gave way to tender, flavorful meat that left us wanting seconds.

For dessert, the tiramisu and tarte tatin were the grand finale of our brunch experience. 🍰✨ The tiramisu was a luscious blend of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and just the right touch of cocoa. And the tarte tatin, with its caramelized apple goodness and buttery pastry, was simply irresistible.
