As it's the peach season now, Bestow has used the freshest peach from Yamanashi-ken to make their adorable parfait tower. Decorated with layers of various textured ingredients, it offered both optical and gustatory feast. The huge whole peach at the top stuffed with cream was definitely the eye-catcher, while the combinations of cream/ jelly/ icecream was not being overly sweet, but fresh and delightful.

The high quality tea leaves were handled with skills, using the right tempered water to bring out the different layers of fragrances in terms of sweetness and the astringency. Free refill for 2 times was offered and each time has their own characteristics, which made it a decent drink to pair with dessert.
