This Special Edition pancake was a Banana Chocolate Pancake. The caramelized banana was quite ordinary, and the chocolate syrup made the dense, moist pancake more enjoyable.

I actually like the Apple pancake more. On the whole, this dense, thick pancake wasn’t really my kind. I guess I like the fluffy souffle pancakes more. These pancakes in Yukinoshita are more like traditional steamed cake, a bit too dense, moist and stuffing to me.
