My third visit and second time with two other friends to tackle the Tomahawk steak, this time only 1kg (vs 1.2kg in the previous visit).   Cooked medium and the inside was pink, juicy and pleasingly warm.  The charred outside provided a satisfying crunch while the texture was tender towards the middle - a little too fatty at one end of the steak but that has more to do with the cut rather than the cooking technique.  Overall as good as last time and I prefer the smaller size as we can still eat

Overall as good as last time and I prefer the smaller size as we can still eat the last piece when it was warm - too big a steak took too long to keep the temperature optimal.  Starter of garlic snails was also surprisingly good - full flavour, piping hot, great texture.
Other Info. : Service can be better - more attentiveness in refilling the wine and water would be much welcome.
