The omakase set starts with a number of sashimi and seafood items. My favorite has got to be the grilled eel with the crispy skin. The uni chawanmusi was great, liked that they added a little bit of rice in it which added texture. The Kobako crab was fresh and sweet. The grilled wagyu with fresh onion was a good pairing with a variety of salts.
Then comes the main event, the platter of wagyu with different cuts. All cooked in front of you. I actually liked the onion as it was damn sweet. The don was a nice ending.
Overall, solid but not sure if it is worth the hustle to make the booking and wait.
