waiting time 10min is okay. the place is really small, this is not the fault of the owner, but the fault of CY and Hong Kong rent, which is really crazy.The waitress is nice and polite. 2 chef is facing the wall cooking, which is little uncomfortable to me. I remember I can see their face when I am in Japan. The noodle is good, soup taste is really "Tonkotsu" even I chose Salt Tonkotsu. Taste is as good as Butao, may be better than Ramen-Champion. But I may go more often to Ramen-Champion, because
1. Here, they charge 10% service charge, which is unreasonable for a Ramen-Restaurant
2. Taste is good, but similar to others
3. Place are really small
4. only ramen, no Gyoza
Hope they will have some other menu
