Dim Sum disaster

I went to this restuarant last week as the reviews were good here. But I made a mistake of having dim sum which none of the previous reviews was about. Anyway, only 2 of us, ordered 4 types of dim sum including dumplings in soup, mouth-watering chicken, cheong fan with xo sauce. None of them was good. Cheong fan was tasteless. The chicken was tough. I noticed the last review was a year ago, may be things have changed?

The only thing good was it was cheap and we ended up paying just $160 with free parking thrown in.
