we chose braised dumpling, steamed dumpling in Chiuchow style, deep fried shrimps with salad, deep fried dumplings with peanuts and sesame, steamed pork dumpling topped weith crab roe and pan-fried chive dumplings. we both don't really like braised dumpling, i think it just like a bowl of superior soup. i think the steamed dumpling in Chiu chow style is more delicious in Kam Dragon Boat. the worse is pan-fried chieve, very oily and not tasty.
overall, it is quite expensive (time and money) and the quality is not very good .
