牛肉球正常多腐竹唔錯

重有個甜點水晶包賣相都ok

不過款式少,味道不太岩香港人口味,好聽可以話特別


最後埋單又等好耐,又唔係full唔明點解會咁

唔知點解,飲茶叫點心,都總要叫番籠炸嘢,唔喺春卷就咸水角。咸水角做得亦唔錯,外皮炸得唔油又軟糯,豬肉跟蝦米做嘅餡料,雖則唔多,不過鹹香夠味。題外話,可能荃灣依間潮江春都喺做本地客為主,所以點心紙都毋須中英對照,不過曾見過有兩種對咸水角嘅譯法,音譯為Fried Ham Sui Gok,另一個意譯為Fried Meat Dumplings,總覺得意譯有意思得多

剛剛本想到潮江春訂酒席,剛開口叫那知客姐姐拿酒席的資料,亞姐木無表情瞄了我一眼,發現我身後(是幾個身位後)有個熟客正步向入囗,立即施展四川變臉,笑容滿臉地嗲聲嗲氣走出去迎接佢位「張生」,跟著當然睬我都傻啦,連叫句「等等」都費事就直行直過,護送那位先生入內(注意我真係企正佢前面,如果視力正常都無理由看不見)。of course,我完全理解阿張生可能同佢friend過打band,又可能今朝幫佢買左100張月餅卷,厚此薄彼蹼去serve 個熟客先都係人之常情,但都唔駛咁無禮貌卦!真係幫襯唔落囉!

三月上旬‧炎熱是日有地膽話事,訂位、點菜也都由他一手包辦,坐低有得吃,輕鬆!要了不少點心,當中都有潮式的。韭菜粿皮脆而餡料有香味,另外甜粿也香口而糯米皮軟糯,很不錯。還有肉醉泡飯的湯底味淡了一點,在出外吃還是比濃濃的湯底好,至少吃段不太口渴。最後來一個炒麵,濕濕的,不合胃口。地膽作東,在此說聲謝。

蘭香抄三鮮....e碟嘢.就係咁既樣..嚟到個時.無煙出..一d.都唔係即抄即上..我都唔知點形容好...分開嚟講..蝦係新鮮..帶子片係新鮮.不過佢地似將d嘢就咁撈埋一碟..大集團囉...

至於梅子排骨...本人無相提供..因為等佐一粒鐘.佢都唔嚟...我就叫佢唔好嚟...唯一讚既係.咁旺場既一晚...侍應真係少得可憐...但都保持笑容.都好難得.....不過人手唔夠出現既問題係.落錯單..食物落錯枱..食物唔夠熱.....無落單等情況..全都係我張枱出現......我對美心失望至極....我會極力推介朋友唔好去.......

今日第1次試試潮江春,可能是平日,不用等位。價錢都算平民化,食物確是即叫即蒸。熱騰騰。。但等的時間都較長。大約在落單後25分鐘才有食物送上。食物質素不錯,特別是甜的點心,不算太甜,做得很好,一個人食了擂沙煎堆,水晶飽都不覺滯。叫了很多點心,4個人埋單只是250左右。

咸菜豬肚湯…個湯原裝係點吾知...一上桌已話幫我地分好…5小碗, 每碗一件豬肚搭一件咸菜(朋友的連咸菜都見吾倒添!!)…啖不出個胡椒味來?!...噢!!一時睇漏眼, 翻查菜單個名就係冇左「胡椒」二字…怪不得!!...個湯真係名付其實得個「咸」字…咸到呢…第二朝定必水腫!!...哈哈!!

懶得煮飯,同老公屋企人出去食,選左潮江春,好似有coupon送一個翅。我地四個人,又唔餓,諗住唔想食咁飽。睇餐牌,叫了一個四小碟,再叫左一個咸肉炒芥蘭。本來諗住四小碟係四碟野,再加一碟菜即五碟,份量應該夠,原來四小碟真係好小碟,每碟只係得四件,真係岩晒四個人食唔駛爭。四小碟第一碟係炒蝦球,底有炸藕片伴底。蝦球幾爽,美心集團用料不用懷疑。但那藕片比蝦球更搶鏡,藕片甜而不膩,很好味呢。第二碟係炸墨魚條,炸得香口又彈牙,也是不錯的。第三碟係滷水鵝片伴滷火豆腐底,潮江春的滷水鵝片都係第一次食,因為實在係貴,但其實無乜特別,出面出名的可能更好食。滷水豆腐也是standard。第四碟係炸丸,炸乜丸真係食唔出,但肉質唔係咁彈牙,留番黎最後食真係有點後悔。咸肉炒芥蘭的芥蘭很好味,都係果句,美心集團用料唔會差。咸肉不會過咸,ok啦。雞絲翅也是正常,四個人食都有一碗既,份量一定唔會多,因為係食夠印花送的,美心都要靠呢d黎谷人氣,可見生意難撈。翅真係無乜,其實同飲"獻"汁無乜分別。食完唔係話好飽,但又唔想再叫,就此埋單了。味道是ok的,但份量真係細左d,如果無coupon真係未必會再黎呢。
