今個星期三11月11日中午到了紅磡嘉里酒店中菜紅糖飲茶,估唔到我會星期五又來吃晚飯. 星期三午餐吃點心,吃了XO醬炒腸粉,蝦餃,和牛包,荔芋盒. 高水準餐廳經理周先生(Isacc)問食物如何?我本想試海鮮餃,但冇貨, Isacc解釋話廚師有要求唔靚嘅貨,寧願唔賣。The chef won’t sell those dishes if the ingredients are not in good quality. That’s great to keep the quality. 好的堅持!Issac極力推薦下我星期五晩再來吃晚飯,吃了Issac極力推薦(Highly recommended)欖菜荷葉鹽焗鱈魚球 (Baked Cod Fish and Chinese Olive Pickle with Salt in Lotus Leaves)。味道有驚喜!金果青檸明蝦球(Stir-fried Prawns with Mango and Lime)酸酸甜甜好好味。我鍾意飲的杏汁燉白肺湯(Double boiled pork lung soup with Almond)好足料!沖繩涼瓜

Issac極力推薦下我星期五晩再來吃晚飯,吃了Issac極力推薦
(Highly recommended)欖菜荷葉鹽焗鱈魚球 (Baked Cod Fish and Chinese Olive Pickle with Salt in Lotus Leaves)。味道有驚喜!
金果青檸明蝦球
(Stir-fried Prawns with Mango and Lime)酸酸甜甜好好味。
我鍾意飲的杏汁燉白肺湯(Double boiled pork lung soup with Almond)好足料!
沖繩涼瓜炒和牛脷
(Sautéed Waygu beef tongue with Okinawa bitter melon). 有鑊氣

甜品就由Cindy介紹的乾清棗皇糕
(Steam royal red date cake with coconut milk),果然冇介紹錯,好有質素,好濃的棗味
還有Cindy好醒目,我點了一碗白飯已預先分成兩半碗.
下次一定試Cindy推介原個椰皇燉花膠鮑魚(Double boiled Young coconut soup with abalone and fish maw). 亦期待下次試試蛇羹和生炒糯米飯

晚飯,高水準中菜廳,色香味俱全high quality food and good service。Excellent!

The only downside of the restaurant is a bit noisy as full house (even though there is enough distance between tables. Perhaps it’s not high ceiling enough)。
