I just recently know that the owner of this place used to be the sous chef at Caprice, ah interesting, no wonder why he could come up with such interesting noodles, it’s like Asian and western fusion😋 I tried the seafood and black broth noodles back in their original store in Tai Wai and they all are pretty unique and this time at their Causeway store, I went for the cotton chicken noodles(the inspiration is probably from steamed fish maw with chicken, a very traditional dim sum), the broth isn’t as rich as the seafood broth but I love how creamy it was, and the fish maw has completely absorbed the essence of the broth and it was so lovely😋 I reckon I like the seafood noodles better but this is also a very satisfying choice when you want something less fishy😊
