晚上嚟左呢間西餐廳食海鮮拼盤。叫左個Seafood platter,有澳洲龍蝦、阿根廷紅蝦、青口、翡翠螺、生蠔、南非鮑魚、煙熏三文魚熟肉抹醬,會跟三隻醬汁(檸檬汁、泰式汁、雞尾酒醬)/龍蝦肉質幾爽,有淡淡龍蝦肉香味,龍蝦頭仲有少量蝦膏。紅蝦殼已剪開,生紅蝦蝦味好濃。翡翠螺輕輕一拉就撩出,螺肉幾大粒,肉質好軟淋。生蠔肉質幾爽脆,偏海水咸味重。/另外叫左兩款主菜。Spaghetti Carbonara,配左粒溫泉蛋,表面加左啲咸味魚子醬,意粉有咬口,煙肉咸味啱啱好。French Yellow Spring Chicken ,配左啲烤蔬菜。春雞肉質好滑,雞皮表面加左啲辣油,有辣勁。
