Restaurant: The Wall Street Bar & Lounge

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上嚟左呢間尖沙咀樓上嘅酒吧飲酒食飯,叫左杯Cocktail小島餘香,酒名幾好聽,係Whisky base 配桂花打嘅泡泡,飲前吸一啖桂花泡泡再飲Whisky,酒味加添淡淡桂花香氣。然後上左份Daily soup,個日係魚湯,幾creamy,仲配左塊酸種麵包,吸晒湯嘅味。之後就係Nachos,墨西哥玉米片表面加左蕃茄肉醬,再加左濃濃嘅芝士醬。烤焗過嘅玉米片好脆口。小食叫左份Deep fried seafood platter,入面有魚手指,炸魷魚,炸大蝦,魷魚同蝦肉質幾彈牙,魚手指嘅魚肉質地都新鮮,炸物幾香口。最後叫左Carbonara ,卡邦尼表面有顆生蛋黃,食前拌勻就可,意粉軟硬度適中。
