Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近去咗呢間日本料理餐廳食晚飯,每一道菜都展現咗廚師對食材嘅用心。鯛魚薄切(胡麻風味),薄切鯛魚搭配上香濃嘅麻油,充滿鮮味,麻油令整道菜更加出色。胡麻火炙三文魚卷,三文魚經過火炙,胡麻醬配合得恰到好處,又幾夾。海鮮天婦羅盛盒裡面有多款海鮮同蔬菜,炸得外脆內嫩,保留咗食材嘅鮮美同原汁原味。炸雞香蔥汁亦相當出色,外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,搭配上甜甜嘅香蔥醬汁,十分惹味。明太子燒魷魚,魷魚大大條,上面淋上明太子沙律醬,增添鮮味。牛肉石頭燒飯,牛肉份量充足,肉質滑嫩,仲有香脆嘅飯焦,幾唔錯。
